COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL ATTENDANCE:

Custom designed home or commercial buildings, our design and planning service will be in touch with you from the very start with your sketches until planning permission. Using computer aided design (CAD) technology, our architect provides you with a full set of floor plans, elevations and sections together with 3D images from outside and inside. You can walk through the building and get a room feeling before we even start to cut the first log. You can send us your own sketches, or pictures from magazines or brouchers if there is a particular feature you have seen and would like to have in your home. Remember your personal design reflects your personality and style, giving you the opportunity to make a statement on your individuality. Our architect will understand and develope your home and make it fit to all your needs, according to modern log home technique.

The planning service is divided in two steps:

Step 1.
After working from your sketches and information, you get the floor-plans, two elevations, a 3D view. These files can then be printed out in what ever size you need them. For this first step we charge for a houses up to 200 square meters only € 750,00   .
